When you send an enquiry, we store the name, contact details, project description, service, budget and estimate you provide. We also store the enquiry page, referral source, advertising tags and, when available, your Yandex Metrica visitor identifier. These help us connect an enquiry with its source and the outcome of our discussions.
Why we use this information
We use it to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and assess the effectiveness of our marketing. We use Yandex Metrica for analytics and Telegram to notify our team of enquiries. Your name, contact details and project description are not included in analytics events. We do not use enquiries for mailing lists.
Visit analytics
The website stores your first and most recent referral source in your browser for up to 90 days. You can still send an enquiry if browser storage or Metrica is unavailable. Discussion and payment statuses are linked to an enquiry by its reference number.
AI assistant
Your message and recent conversation are sent through RouterAI to generate a reply. Text uses DeepSeek; attached photos use a configured model that supports images. Photos are resized in your browser and are not stored on the website server or in saved chat history. Text history is stored in this browser tab and can be cleared using the new conversation button. The server keeps request counters without conversation text. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential documents.
For a chat enquiry, the assistant asks for your name and contact, shows the enquiry details and asks you to confirm sending and data processing. The enquiry is sent only after an affirmative reply. It is handled like the website contact form. Carts and enquiries in portfolio demos are simulated: no purchase, booking or payment is created, and enquiry details are not sent to a store or school.
Storage
Your enquiry is stored on the website server and sent to the team via Telegram. We keep it until discussions and the project are complete, for no longer than three years.
Deletion requests
Contact us at ulyanovnm-it@yandex.com to request deletion. We will delete the data within 10 days.
